User Data Deletion

If you interacted with Aureum Home Services through Facebook/Instagram/WhatsApp (Meta) and would like to request deletion of your personal data, you may do so using the options below:

Request by email

Send an email to: [support@aureumhomeservices.com] with the subject line:
“Data Deletion Request ”

Please include:

1. Full name

2. Phone number (if you used WhatsApp) and/or the email you used to contact us

3. Your Meta username/ID (if available)

4. A brief description of your request.

What we delete

Depending on your case and legal requirements, we may delete:

• Contact details (name, phone number, email)

• Conversation history (subject to operational retention)

• Operational records linked to your interaction

Response timeline

• Request confirmation: within 24–72 business hours

• Deletion/anonymization: usually 7–30 days, depending on volume and legal obligations.

Exceptions

We may retain minimal information if necessary to:

• comply with legal/accounting requirements

• prevent fraud or resolve disputes

• meet security obligations

Confirmation

Once completed, we will confirm the result through the same communication channel (email).
